AVVC Refund Policies offers non-tangible irrevocable goods; we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we do completely understand that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product/service we supply as well as the occasional technical issues that can happen.

In the event such issues arise, we WILL honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to some server-related issues beyond our control, it may be possible for a user to purchase a Video Chat and then not receive that Video, but still be charged for it. If this happens, please contact us and we will do our very best to provide a refund to your credit card. Please note that we do NOT offer refund if the buyer ends the call early.

Early termination of Video Chat by talent: If a buyer has purchased a Video Chat with a performer (the talent) for a specified number of minutes, and the performer ends this Video Chat early, the buyer will automatically only be billed for the minutes that the call actually lasted therefore the only charges that will appear will be for the correct (pro-rated) amount.

Please fully understand that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc)

Our Technical Support Team will work hard to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner.

Requests for a refund are accepted via email through [email protected]. You should accompany your refund request with detailed reasons why you’re asking for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use and Service.
